Taken Saturday 20th October at London Expo:

This is my second attempt at messing about with Photoshop Elements 2.0 and I still haven't a clue what I'm doing 90% of the time XD;;;;;

I took this photo because I was seriously contemplating retiring my Mustang crossplay for a while. I'm still not sure what I'll do - though I still really wanna do that FMA photoshoot I have been planning for a while now.
So yeah... this is sort of a tribute to my FMA crossplay... and of course, the character behind it... Roy Mustang, Flame Alchemist.

I hope it's okay XD;;;

Would have been a little more hitting if you had set something on fire, then put it out so it looked like the fire had *just* gone out.

But why would you wanna set fire to your gloves/hat? Stupid Jae.. Don't listen to those voices...

Elements is like adobe saying "if we take a human, scoop out everything inside that makes it work, fill it with sawdust and spit, we'll call it 'elements' ". Its not the greatest package, even PS 5.0 is better.. Again, don't listen to me, I was just trained in image manipulation ~_~''

Have a look at this font [link]

Then perform a process on the picture which is sometimes know as destroying/aging. Blur and darken out the edges, make a new layer and fill it with brown then select the right layer mode for it. Play around with all the settings and you'll have something which looks like it was taken on a 1920's style camera ^^

That's pretty cool. I reckon you could PS in some smoke rising in the background or something for awesomeness effect! That's a kick-ass photo though, quite moving TBH...
